Mr. Bobbie absolutely saved us! Our air was completely out and it was 84 degrees inside our house with extreme heat advisories. We literally wouldn’t have been able to sleep in our home tonight if Bobbie hadn’t offered to come out at the end of a long day of service calls in another town. He even got rained on and had to stop at home to change clothes. But he still came out at 8:30pm and got our AC fixed. I asked him if I could disclose that fact 😅 and he said yes, he WANTS people to call him, even if he has to come out well past normal business hours. Truly a blessing, we highly recommend him!
The service was AMAZING! You don’t always find honest people in these types of businesses that won’t try to milk you or half-do their jobs! He gave me honest feedback and was very sincere! Any questions or concerns I had were professionally answered. You can tell he cares about what he does! Took care of my needs like I was his daughter or granddaughter! HIGHLY recommend!
