He was very courteous and thorough, reassuring me that my 5 year old system was in good working condition and well maintained. He unclogged the plug that had caused the stain on my ceiling. He also shared his maintenance plan to keep it working properly.”
“I should have called Olan sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money! I noticed a spot on my ceiling and followed it to my attic air handler. I found water condensation and I thought I had a soldering issue with my large copper pipe going into my attic air handler.Olan walked through a diagnostic on the phone with me and instructed me to just cover my copper pipes with the insulation I already had. That’s my ugly work in the pictures, not his!Olan didn’t say “I’ll have to come out for a $75-$100 service charge” or come out and replace unnecessary things or add unnecessary Freon to my system.
