“I should have called Olan sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money! I noticed a spot on my ceiling and followed it to my attic air handler. I found water condensation and I thought I had a soldering issue with my large copper pipe going into my attic air handler.Olan walked through a diagnostic on the phone with me and instructed me to just cover my copper pipes with the insulation I already had. That’s my ugly work in the pictures, not his!Olan didn’t say “I’ll have to come out for a $75-$100 service charge” or come out and replace unnecessary things or add unnecessary Freon to my system. He just took time out of his day to help solve my issue, for free.Now he will be my go-to service for all things HVAC and I will gladly trust his business ethics and professionalism.Services: Repair HVAC“
