Cooper Constan was a real pleasure to deal with. He was responsive , treated us with respect, and patiently answered all of my questions. He gave me clear, understandable information about the American Standard units I was interested in. I never felt any pressure and he worked with me to tailor his quote for us. A real professional. Everyone who does their due diligence in getting HVAC quotes is going to go to several potential sources. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time- call Cooper. You won’t regret it.

Was very well satisfied with the response and time that they came to take care of my air conditioning unit. The two men that came were very good. Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. The service. Call was $99 which was expected. Was charged $169 for the capacitor which was exceptionally high. Considering online, the same capacitor from reputable dealers was less than $20. I have no problem with the company and the service. They're really good but their prices for their parts are extreme.

After moving into a home with the Mitsubishi split units along with an HVAC unit, we wanted to have preventive maintenance performed with a company that would guarantee their work and come out on a regular schedule. These guys were recommended and we are so thankful! They came out yesterday and inspected all units, cleaned filters, and ensured they were working properly. The split units are new to us, but the worker answered all my questions and showed me how to clean the filters if I need to before they come out again before the winter season.
