I have never had a more professional, courteous, or caring nurse in all of my years. She went above and beyond and made the visit a stellar experience.“

I usually see, Candace Arnold , one of Dr. Gresham's Nurse Practitioners, and she is fantastic ! She truly listens and addresses my concerns in whatever way is necessary for any given situation. To simply say that she is an asset to Gastro Health would be an understatement .“

“Very friendly and efficient staff of professionals here. They get it done, promptly but without ever rushing you. Dr. Harmon is genuinely interested in his patients and in curing what ails them. The visiting rooms are very spacious and clean and the whole building is convenient to get to. “Dr. Dubious is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. We’ve received outstanding care from him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

That said, our experience with office staff was not as positive. Leslie (who I believe may be the office manager) came across as unprofessional and lacking in courtesy during our interactions. Improving communication and professionalism with the office staff would make the overall patient experience match the high quality of care provided by Dr. Dubious.“

“I had a PET scan scheduled at St Vincent East today. They called yesterday with step by step instructions how to get there that really made it easy for us to find. The friendly greeting from Leanne the moment we entered the front office had me smiling back at her while she took my information. It was less than a 10 minute wait when Jessica opened the door and took us back to a room to start the first part of the procedure. Her friendly yet professional way of speaking and explaining to me what she would be doing put both me and my husband instantly at ease. Afterwards as we walked out of the building we talked about how nice and clean everything was and how friendly and professional the staff was the entire time we were there. I definitely would recommend St. Vincent East PET Scan Center to anyone! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!“

“It is large, with several buildings, so know where you are going before you arrive and be prepared to walk. Some offices are easier to get to than others.“

“Dr Bushey and his clinical colleagues are topnotch. He is very knowledgeable , thorough and really listens! My husband and I are both very satisfied, and I’m in healthcare and very picky! Btw reading other reviews—no MD worth their salt will renew meds if you haven’t seen them before, or not in over a year.“

“Have been going to this office basically since it opened. Dr. Bob has always been friendly and answers my questions no matter how complex. He has discovered problems and took action by getting me to the correct specialist when needed. His staff is always courteous and makes my family and I feel welcome. His staff has always come through with my requests no matter how minuscule. I will continue to use this doctors office. Dr. Bob and his staff get it done.
