I experienced to most racist employee I ever seen in a Doctor office. Today I had appointment with Dr Wilcox CRNP which is Great Doctor. I went to the office and signed in. At the front desk was the Office Manager she said. Well she informed that I had 15 dollars from February and the cost today was 30 dollars. I said ok and proceed to give her my credits card. She tells me that she need an updated address before I could be seen bc she sent out over 12 notice about a 15 dollars from February,which I was willing and ready to pay then to be seen bc I have had a Migraine for theses days and really needed to see my Doctor.
