“I give him 5 stars because I have tried so hard for years to be able to get in with him and we finally got in with him permanently over a year ago, we travel nearly 1 hour one way to see Dr.King because I have been very unlucky finding a great doctor local to me… I spent years and specialist after specialist having my stomach issues seen about and no one could ever tell me anything that I would “just have to live with it” but Dr.King got me straightened out in one visit… I was able to finally start bringing my baby down to King also after insurance change because he does not accept Medicaid (which is not a bad thing) after several pediatrician switches locally with her not doing well on regular baby formula she was so colicky and I was at a complete loss, exhausted, and my nerves were completely shot when we came into his office, he listened to me, he showed me how to help her gas, he was the only doctor that was okay with goats milk formula specially formulated for babies because he knew it would help her just like I did, he’s very old school and doesn’t always do things the way these new age doctors would do them and I LOVE IT! He understands that A new mama will do and try anything (without putting that child’s life in danger) to help her child and they will do anything to get some rest so that they can be the best they can be for that child! He gets it. While it can be difficult at times getting in with him when we are sick (last minute call) they still try to do what they can do for us and if we can be seen then we are seen. Most of the time we can get by with urgent care visits but there are times that the local urgent cares just don’t get it right. I’m thankful for him being such a good doctor and I hope he continues to be nothing short of successful for the rest of his career. As for the mask mandate, ain’t nothing gonna keep you from getting the Rona, if your meant to get it your gonna get it, them vaccines ain’t gonna save you and if THIS doctor can’t stand behind them then that should tell you something… it’s not negligence it’s careful practices. “I am so grateful for this clinic and the care I have received here. SB is so thorough and kind. From the minute you walk in, the whole staff is welcoming, warm, and friendly. I used to be terrified of the doctor, and MCWC has changed this for me in a major way! LOVE this place.“

“My initial visit back in December was a bit chaotic and took 3 hours from arrival to leaving, however, I understand as there were many other people scheduled at the same time to meet Dr. Summers for their first visit, and from what I was told, they had some hiccups with staffing and one nurse was a no show which backed things up. That being said, I believe they have all of that under control now. Everyone is super friendly and it’s a very easy process. Malea is the sweetest nurse and so funny. I very much enjoy getting to see her when I go. She has made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“You know, every person and business ha an occasional off day where things just don't fall into place.To all those submitting scathing reviews, I would venture to say at least PART of the issue lay on your shoulders. The staff at 1917 are overworked but every single visit I've had has been exceptional. Scheduling has never been a problem and the demeanor and attitudes of the staff have always been polite, extremely helpful, and genuinely want to help the patients. I would recommend giving them another shot. If it's not any better after that, contact the patient advocate at the clinic and I guarantee the staff will get back to you as quickly as possible. We all need to realize we are not the only patient they have, so showing a little patience would go a long way.Every aspect of the clinic in 1917 has been exceptional and I feel so very fortunate to live in a community that has such a spectacular and outstanding Clinic.“
