Dr. Dubious is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. We’ve received outstanding care from him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
That said, our experience with office staff was not as positive. Leslie (who I believe may be the office manager) came across as unprofessional and lacking in courtesy during our interactions. Improving communication and professionalism with the office staff would make the overall patient experience match the high quality of care provided by Dr. Dubious.
They dont even deserve the 3 I gave then their Dr. did a femoral artery bypass and released me to go back to work on June 10th after being out since January 7th.. wish I could post a before and after Pictures you wouldnt think they'd done anything because im right back at square 1 used all my F.MLA UP waiting on me a month after ir ran out again now just as screwed up as even wish I could post the pics may loss a leg or with the stupid bypass I may not even make it back. And I doubt they'll work with me again at work, FMLA IS GONE THEY DIDNT HAVE TO LET ME COME BACK AFTER HAVING A REAL VASCULAR SURGEON LOOK AT IT AND SEE HOW SCREWED UP AND IT WAS AND THE REASON FOR IT...read full review
Dr. Heintzman and company have been absolutely FANTASTIC in ALL aspects! I cannot say enough good things about them. EVERYTHING that was discussed and for which I was prepped went exactly as discussed prior to, during and now weeks after my surgery. I am not aware of anything that could have gone better or more smoothly than it did/has with EASTERN SURGICAL ASSOCIATES.
