A pleasant doctor's office is inviting, comfortable, and creates a calming atmosphere for patients. A well-designed reception area with comfortable seating, natural lighting, and soothing colors can help patients feel at ease while they wait for their appointment. Friendly staff members who are approachable, and provide excellent customer service. A Clean and inviting atmosphere With minimal wait times.
Nurse Jackie,Jonathan,the blood technician,and the ultrasound tech,,all made me feel very,important and listened too,I will send all my friends and family,to them,I have always been very happy with dr malik.
Being a normal human being, talking to another normal human being. Taking the time to explain "how" & "why" & what to do next. I have loved this practice for years. I live 2 hours away but I do not want to change practices bc I love them so much. They have never left me in the dark, they always call you back & help you in any way they can. Absolutely amazing team of people
