We've been using Dr. Russell since my son was born and he is so good with him! Very friendly, great bedside manner. Carolin the PCT is so sweet and Dr. Russell takes the time to make sure he thoroughly answers all my questions and addresses every concern.

Every time I come I have an AMAZING experience with all the medical staff which is why I will continue to come! Unfortunately the front desk woman is very rude and has made my experience far more unenjoyable. I’ve been frequenting in the last week and it’s been the same experience every time. She can’t be bothered to look away from her phone and spoke rudely and unprofessionally to me! Even a simple smile could have made this experience better.

Mrs. Carla in Ultrasound is the kindest, most compassionate woman I have come across in the health care industry in all my years! ( 3 children so I've seen my share of Ultrasound techs) Today was my first time visiting UAB IN LEEDS and I'm so happy with the facility and the staff! Quick & easy process is amazing but seriously the bedside manner is topnotch! Just felt Mrs. Carla more than deserves to be recognized.?? Thank you for making my day! - M. Cook
