UAB Leeds Radiology gave 5 star service today. Everybody was fabulous from the moment I arrived until I left. I will have to give a special thanks to Kelli Wyatt RN. I have never had a more professional, courteous, or caring nurse in all of my years. She went above and beyond and made the visit a stellar experience.
I don’t normally leave reviews, however felt the need to after reading previous reviews. I almost cancelled my appointment due to reading a negative review. I decided to give them a chance and I’m so glad I did. I had a bone density scan and the short dark haired technician did my scan. She explained everything she was doing in a manner that I could understand. She was fast, efficient, and very nice. I was able to park at the door and walk right in. UAB Leeds Radiology is a little hidden gem. I will definitely be back.
I'm basing my review primarily on Dr. Channing Brown. UAB is a huge organization, like Walmart or CVS. However, I am happy to have a provider who makes me feel like a person, not a number. Thank you!!!
