Not only were they able to come late in the day after business hours, with heavy interstate traffic, but they had my HVAC fixed in less than 20 minutes. A major component replacement! This is after one of the big HVAC companies came out and couldn’t fix the problem, they said it would take a week to get the part in. Kenneth had it the same day. He runs an honest good business and doesn't take advantage of his customers. This year when the units were being serviced, the heat wouldn't come on. It turns out that a power distribution box associated with the generator was broken. The heating technician was able to bypass the box to make sure the heat was working. Bobby McCormack has helped my family and several friends of mine. Once he replaced the air conditioner for a co-worker. Six months after he installed her AC, he sent her a rebate check from the manufacturer for $500. He could have kept the money for his business but he didn't. He's an honest good man.
