“We were without heat during the recent ice storm of January 2024. Luckily we were able to heat our living area with an electric space heater for a few days. We then contacted Comfort Control, and Brian was able to come out quickly to assess the problem. After completing a thorough inspection of our HVAC unit, Brian found the issue right away, and got us back up and running. A few additional parts had to be ordered to complete all the repairs, and he got back to us very quickly to finish up.
