The team often goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. In one instance, technicians were able to fix a major component replacement in less than 20 minutes, even after another HVAC company couldn't fix the problem and said it would take a week to get the part. They are known for their quick response, arriving late in the day after business hours despite heavy interstate traffic. Customers also enjoy the friendly touch of having August Kenneth’s pup, the official Dynamic ACS mascot, accompany them on jobs, which kids love. The company’s staff has the tools and know-how to diagnose problems properly, not just fix symptoms. Their communication is clear, and their work is efficient, often making sure families, including those with small children, are comfortable before bedtime. Overall, the company’s focus on quality, honesty, and customer care makes them highly recommended.
