From the day the Joe East Representative sat down at my dining room table and showed me with pictures and figures what the best buy and choice of HVAC that would fit my budget and the square footage of my home for heating and cooling, I was sold. Since then, every year, twice a year, the Joe East representative comes to my home, interrogates my unit and certifies it is in great working order. They are honest, dependable, their representatives are cleanly dressed and present themselves respectfully. Chad arrived on time for estimate and was friendly, polite and professional. Current upstairs system could not keep up with excessive heat. He explained everything in detail, the quote was very good and he went the extra mile for scheduling installation on a Saturday. Andy, and team, arrived exactly on time and did a complete installation (except for a double wall vent which they came back and installed Monday) of two piece system in under four hours including detailed explanation of the new thermostat.
