The last few years we've had Austin Peay consistently and he really takes an interest in us like a friend. He does great documentation and this time photos! We feel so good about having great water and protecting our homes from hard water. I am not receiving any bonus for this review.“

Drain Werks was the 3rd business I called and they were able to send a team out within a half hour or less after my call. Joseph & Rob came in and assessed the problem, gave us a plan and a quote (which I accepted) and they went to work. Got the pipe unclogged. With their camera, saw some potential problems and will be getting quotes to us on that work as well. Both gentlemen was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in their works. “Sam & David did an excellent job and he had to come back because of a leak. He stayed and tested the line numerous times. Even though we had a appointment for arrival between 8 to 10 am on Christmas Eve, someone sent him on an emergency job first without notifying us. I had to continue to call. We were upset about it because we felt that they should of sent someone else on the emergency call. We had plans and had to cancel them due to the arrival time. They didn't arrive until 1 pm. He and David stayed until after 5 to make sure the job was completed. Job well done even though Sam had to come back around 7 pm to fix the leak.“
