Extremely satisfied with service!!! Technician, Alex was wonderful! He went above and beyond to assist me. I am disabled at the present time due to a recent surgery and he brought in my recycle bin and got something off a high shelf in the garage for me. He is extremely personable, caring, efficient, dependable (came right on time) and knows what he is doing. He is an asset to the Durham family!
Thanks to Joe at Durham AC/Heat Service Company!! He was very thorough, polite, and professional. I was impressed with his diligence to find the source of our issue, which we had been dealing with for YEARS!!!Back story: Our package unit would blow COLD air in the HEAT mode due to a "stuck" reversing valve....no techs from 4 prior companies had discovered what our issue was, and one tech from MCM actually thought it was our indoor thermostat, so he replaced it...probably unnecessarily.) FOR YEARS, we have endured our winters using our Heat pump that had the reversing valve stuck in A/C mode, so we were never feeling warm air emit from the registers unless we put the unit...read full review
