We were without heat during the recent ice storm of January 2024. Luckily we were able to heat our living area with an electric space heater for a few days. We then contacted Comfort Control, and Brian was able to come out quickly to assess the problem. After completing a thorough inspection of our HVAC unit, Brian found the issue right away, and got us back up and running. A few additional parts had to be ordered to complete all the repairs, and he got back to us very quickly to finish up. No one likes their air conditioner to go out in a 104 degree heat index, but Comfort Control was wonderful to deal with in every way. From the woman who answered the phone so pleasantly to the timeliness of their response, everything went like clockwork. The technician, Forest, was lovely to deal with. He was here within 1/2 hour of our phone call, identified and fixed the problem immediately, and was an extremely nice man. I a,so felt their fee was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Excellent customer service and support. They were on time, respectful of our home (shoe covers, clean up) and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend Comfort Control Lacey Springs!
