My kids have been dancing at Rising Starz for seven years. We love this studio for its encouraging, yet no-nonsense, approach to dance training. The instructors are all wonderful, and our daughter has built a strong foundation in dance technique across genres. This is a no-drama studio with lots of sweet families who all want to have their kids learn to dance and have fun. Ms. Kathy, the owner, is fantastic. She's been in the business a long time and knows exactly what she's doing. She's built a business with integrity, passion for dance, and honesty...and it's reflected throughout the studio.

We wanted a custom home that would reflect our style. After looking around the area, Michael Allen Homes stood head and shoulders above the rest because of 1) the range of plans they offered 2) the modifications we could make to the plans to suit our needs and 3) their construction quality we'd observed on other builds. We were not disappointed at any point during with the custom home building process- it is far more involved than building a spec home and the MAH build team made it a painless process for us. While no construction process is flawless, this home has had by far the fewest defects of any of the homes we've built. This is our 8th home and is without a doubt the best built home we've owned. I love this place when I got hit with blood clots in 2022 Haley clay took care of me I didn’t take the appointments so seriously then because of my depression about it. Then someone who came to my town closer to me I stopped going here and went to different doctor but that was same as east Alabama but different doctor. No ma’am never again will I ever pick or choose different doctor or place over this one. They are the reason I’m here today and god. If I could give more stars I would.
The Barbers' Lounge is an experience each time I visit. Ryan L is one of the most professional and personable barbers I've experienced in a long time. The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing with an old time barbershop feel, upgraded to new school vibe. It took me a while to find a barber since moving to the Salem/Auburn area, glad to have been referred to the Barbers' Lounge.??

I had a small leak after a heavy storm, and Ridge top construction came out the next day to assess the damage roof. They didn’t try to upsell me on a whole new roof like some other companies. Instead, they patched the damaged area and even checked the rest of the roof for free. Honest, responsive, and professional—highly recommend them for any roofing repairs!
They were very reasonable with pricing, and fast an efficient with the process to get my office lights installed. Most definitely will use them again!
Madison is amazing. I made a last-minute appointment with no clear idea of what I wanted, which I know is challenging, but she handled it with patience, zero judgment, and genuine care.

10 minute wait – nothing special and got the deluxe pedicure that was priced for $70. Very comparable to what I get done in Chicago at the same price.

I love this place. My daughter turned 7 years old and I had her birthday party there. They let us use a private room usually for bridal party for she and her 3 other friends. They were able to choose 3 colors for toes and fingers. At only $10 per child. We were able to decorate and bring food/cake. We had the room for 2 hours which was enough for games, snacks, and opening gifts. The place was clean and the staff was so sweet and professional. Can't wait to go back for myself.

I have loved going to the dollhouse ever since the first time that I went about 6 months ago. I was looking for a new stylist, made an appointment with raven, and I was hooked from the very first time. She’s incredibly talented and sweet.
However, I went last week to get my dark brown hair highlighted & when I left , after paying $269, I still had roots.
I tried to deal with it but after a couple days, I called back up there, and explained the situation. I was rebooked with raven a few days out. Went to that appt and she was supposed to be adding low lights. It looked a little better, but not really.
I waited a couple more days and called up there and asked when she could do some lowlights because I hate my hair. The girl told “next Thursday and it will be $141.”
I just paid $269 last week and I haven’t been happy since. Pretty disappointed this time dolls..

Best hair cut I've ever had!! I generally don't stray from just a trim because I never get exactly what I want. I wanted a little change as I'm about to give birth and I had some inspiration photos but I was also listened to thoroughly to make sure I got what I wanted. My stylist also made sure I was comfortable and asked me if i needed anything, which im 30 weeks pregnant so I'm always hot and she ran around until she found me a fan and made sure to continue to ask if i was doing okay? It was such a pleasant experience and I will be back!

Nils did an AMAZING job on a cover up for me that I was extremely dissatisfied with from another artist.. He was VERY patient with me, as I changed my design idea twice, but he came up with something more meaningful than I could imagine. They were cool! My friends and I went there this passed Sunday and I got my bellybutton re-pierced. The guy was awesome and very thorough/nice.
I called Hobbs early this morning to have them help us fix a toilet and was told it would be at least tomorrow before someone could come. An hour later, they texted me back and said someone had just become available and would be right over. Bryan arrived promptly and was very courteous, polite and professional. As he was finishing the job, he noticed a potential problem from a previous repair that could cause us major issues in the future. He informed of us the issue and recommended the proper repair to prevent any future problems. This was our first experience working with Hobbs and were extremely pleased with their level of service, quality of work and commitment to doing the job properly. Would highly recommend and will gladly continue to call them for any and all of our future plumbing needs! Thank you!
Benson plumbing is someone I will always keep in mind. As a first time home buyer, I was pretty upset when all of our new home's toilets backed up with no warning. Dee, who took my call, walked me through the issues and while my husband and I were able to correct the problem without their servicemen, I will remember the WONDERFUL customer service we received as inquiring customers. In the future, should we have issues, we will use Benson for that reason. Thank you for all of your help and your great customer service, it is definitely a deciding factor in who we will choose to work with in the future.

I reached out to Roarke after our house inspector said that the water pressure was too high, and not to code. The inspector suggested installing a pressure release valve. We called a different plumber, who came out and quoted us $1,600 to install a valve. We thought that was high, so we reached out to Roarke. They had someone out the next morning to check it out. Our service tech, Dan, was a life saver. He took the time to look at our meter, found that there was already a pressure release valve, and adjusted it. Problem solved. It took him less than 15 minutes, and he saved us over $1,500. (Worth mentioning that when we thought we weee going to have to replace the valve, Roarke’s quote was $800 less than the other company.) Will every situation be the same? No. But I can guarantee you that this is a company looking to help people rather than take advantage of them. He could’ve easily replaced something unnecessarily, and charged us 4x what he did. But Dan was there to help. 5 stars, can’t recommend enough. Would plumb again.

FAST and super nice, I needed a key made for my car I didn't have a copy for. Robert made it to my house in 25 minutes, and it only took 10 minutes to make the key and 2 spares, also for a great price.
Contacted them later in the day for a nonemergency, to get secondary key fob for a vehicle. Text me late after hours to let me know a price and texted me back early the next morning and was able to get somebody with the fob I needed to my house and programmed that morning for $225. Which A dealership would’ve charged $500+. Great service, would recommend!

We hired Big Blue Cleaners for a deep cleaning. Our house had been largely neglected for 3 months due to our health issues and then losing our helper to her own health issues. Big Blue sent Nicole and Chris, a husband and wife team. We couldn't be more pleased! Originally, my husband gasped at the cost of a deep cleaning, but exclaimed after they finished that it was well worth it! They were both efficient and thorough. The kitchen is so clean I that I don't want to use it. My oven interior is now Kitchenaid royal blue, like new, instead of black. The microwave looks brand new, including the heating element, likely for the first time since it was installed! Bathrooms pristine! We really appreciate and are grateful for Nicole & Chris, and will be scheduling them for regular housecleanings.

They showed up on time and did such an incredible job in our home! We agreed that a basic cleaning would be best for what we needed, but it honestly felt like a deep clean. Also, our showers have never looked so clean! I thought some of the stains were there to stay but now it looks like a new bathroom! We desperately needed help in our home that week, and they were the blessing that took something off our shoulders and did it with excellence. Prestige did an excellent job replacing the tile in my shower! Although the original tile was only 6 years old, it was not properly installed, causing water not to drain properly and mold along the edges. Andrew came in and tire the old tile out and replaced it properly. I am beyond pleased! Now the water drains quickly, the grout lines and tile are perfectly straight, and around the floor are sealed so that water doesn't get behind the tile! Great job and such nice people to work with! Thank you and I will recommend you to all of my friends and family! Already told my daughter to give you a call!

Our home gym in the basement was getting too hot, even with the air conditioning running nonstop. After inspection by DMC HVAC, the technician found that the ducts were clogged with dust and lint from the laundry room, which stopped airflow. A Knox Pest Control representative came to my home on June 05, 2026. The name of the representative was Kenneth. I had a swarm of winged termites that needed to be addressed. Kenneth introduced himself, stated what services were going to be performed, and walked me through all the details once the job was complete. This guy knew what he was doing. I was very much impressed with Kenneth. I have never seen such customer service from a pest control company. Kenneth was polite, courteous, and professional. This level of professionalism certainly deserves recognition. This was a job well done. I wouldn't highly recommend Kenneth and Knox Pest Control of Auburn. Grest job!!!

I needed Terminix to provide a quote for moisture issues that AFS wanted to charge me out of the park for! Sam and his manager, Kirk, were nothing short of amazing to work with. If we end up needing their services for the quote they gave, I will be sure to reach back out to them. I was surprised and deeply saddened that Auburns Veterinarian Hospital delayed treatment on a life and death situation with a Dog my Nieces beloved pet because of Money!?? They wanted it up front ! and delayed the procedure until they were satisfied with compensation ! they were willing to let the Dog Die!!! I was saddened and shocked??!!! Money can always be worked out!!! plus my Niece was looking to pay $600.00 up front!? But! the thought!? of Life or Death! over Money????!!!! to save a precious Life!!!????
We are new in Auburn, AL and we fret over leaving our Fairhope, AL veterinarian. Dr, Kuykendall is the best with our Goldendoodle. We feel very fortunate to have found him.
The team at Moore’s Mill Animal hospital is the best around! We have been going here for years and they have taken great care of all 5 of our animals.
They were very kind. My dog is usually very scared to go to the vet, but she felt much less afraid here. Thank you for treating her so kindly.

My 12 yo Dachshund is very shy and slow to warm up to strangers touching her. She did great with the doctor and even held very still for her acupuncture. I was impressed with them both. We will definitely recommend this clinic for holistic, safe, and effective treatment. The Dr. Has a lot of experience with dachshunds.
When I lived in Montgomery I took my three dogs and two cats to Dr. Floyd. She is caring and knowledgeable holistic vet that truly cares for her clients well being.
I just wanted to give an update on my baby. She was seen on 1/29/25 for pelvic fractures and dislocated hips. She is a 2 1/2 year old chiweenie who was full of like and love before the accident. My husband and I didn't think twice about driving to the small animal hospital to get her the help that we were told only they could provide. The surgery was successful but we were told that she may never be 100%, possibly not even 80%. She may have a limp, may not run very well, we already knew that as long as she could live the rest of her life happy, those things didn't matter.
Fast forward 11 months to today, this baby is 100% and has been for over 7 months! She runs, she plays and ruffhouses with her sister, she is HAPPIER THAN EVER! She has NO limp, NO problems running, clinging stairs, jumping( which we try not to let her do anyway). The medical team was AMAZING! The only thing left to prove her surgery, other than the screw, is a scar on her left hip. Lillie Rose Carr and her fur parents want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone involved in her care while she was there. Even if you only sat with her during her recovery. I will forever be greatful to you all for letting me keep my baby, and allowing her to be able to live a full, unlimited, very happy life.

Dr Patten is definitely the best vet we have used since living in Auburn the last 3 years. We won't be using anyone else. The staff is very professional and listened to our concerns. They didn't turn my dog away, which we have experienced in the past, and for that they will always be our vet.
I haven’t had a massage in a long time, but decided to go today for an hour long massage to relieve some shoulder/back pain. Grace was my masseuse. She was wonderful! It was a great experience, very calming. I will definitely go back!

After my 3 star Google review given yesterday (please see below), the owner contacted me to offer me a one hour free massage in compensation for the previous massage. I went tonight for the free massage. The massage by Cindy was EXCELLENT!!
May Massage is now back in good standing with me. Cindy also told me that she reminded the employees to not use their phone nor talk with their colleagues while giving treatment to customers.

I have been here several times before. The massages were pretty good.
Recently I went again and the therapist was very distracted throughout the two hour massage I booked. On-and-off her mobile phone. Leaving the room to answer the front door or to talk to a colleague. Leaving my door open while she talks to the colleague. The colleague coming into the room and talking to her.
Well, the quality of the massage was good when she was attentive, there was too much of the time that she was not attentive. Started my massage about eight minutes after the hour. I’m finished about five minutes before the hour. Counting the time in and out of the room and distraction on the phone., my massage was no longer than 90 minutes quality.
Not the best experience. I probably will not return.

Leah was incredibly knowledgable, and I felt so much relief from tight muscles. Julie was helpful and compassionate!
I enjoyed going there, and had great progress with my electrologist. They laid her off so I'm not going there anymore.
I had one of the best deep tissue massages of my life with Regina. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled at what she does.
Regina has an amazing ability to find every bit of tension and work it out in a way that feels both effective and relaxing. Her deep tissue technique is strong and precise, but she always checks in to make sure the pressure is just right. By the end of the session, I felt completely refreshed, looser, and free of the tightness I had been dealing with.
I also booked a more relaxing massage with Teresa. She was incredible. She takes her time, listens to your needs, and tailors the massage to exactly what your body needs that day.
If you’re looking for a place that truly knows how to deliver an outstanding deep tissue massage or relaxing massage, I can’t recommend Regina & Teresa enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have been a member for more than a year now and I can honestly say, they have never failed to deliver on an incredible experience. I am met with amazing customer service by every single employee I have had the pleasure to meet. I have utilized just about every service they offer and each visit I left relaxed and recharged, my overall physical health and mobility has improved and that has been a blessing to this beat up old softball player. Some of the most wonderful and kind people ever, I just love this Massage Envy. I would give it 100 stars if I could. We appreciate you all so very much.
