“I have loved going to the dollhouse ever since the first time that I went about 6 months ago. I was looking for a new stylist, made an appointment with raven, and I was hooked from the very first time. She’s incredibly talented and sweet.
However, I went last week to get my dark brown hair highlighted & when I left , after paying $269, I still had roots.
I tried to deal with it but after a couple days, I called back up there, and explained the situation. I was rebooked with raven a few days out. Went to that appt and she was supposed to be adding low lights. It looked a little better, but not really.
I waited a couple more days and called up there and asked when she could do some lowlights because I hate my hair. The girl told “next Thursday and it will be $141.”
I just paid $269 last week and I haven’t been happy since. Pretty disappointed this time dolls..“

I wanted a little change as I'm about to give birth and I had some inspiration photos but I was also listened to thoroughly to make sure I got what I wanted. My stylist also made sure I was comfortable and asked me if i needed anything, which im 30 weeks pregnant so I'm always hot and she ran around until she found me a fan and made sure to continue to ask if i was doing okay?
