Staff didn't add new debit card 3 times after being asked to do so, resulting in 10 dollar fee which was paid twice before calling management, Management was great on resolving the issue but staff was clueless?

Every time I go there it's fast and easy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful is you ever need anything. They have a great selection of lotions to choose from and their rewards program is great. The hours they are open are good and there is never a wait to go tanning. They make sure that each bed is clean and and the spray machines are clean as well. Overall great place to go tanning in auburn!

The staff here was phenomenal. Super friendly, super helpful, always a pleasure to chat with for a second before going into the AWESOME beds. All the levels have newer beds and different styles even in the same levels for a change up and an even tan. There's so many rooms it could be confusing where to go, but the staff makes sure you know where you're going. Everything is clean!
