“A Knox Pest Control representative came to my home on June 05, 2026. The name of the representative was Kenneth. I had a swarm of winged termites that needed to be addressed. Kenneth introduced himself, stated what services were going to be performed, and walked me through all the details once the job was complete. This guy knew what he was doing. I was very much impressed with Kenneth. I have never seen such customer service from a pest control company. Kenneth was polite, courteous, and professional. This level of professionalism certainly deserves recognition. This was a job well done. I wouldn't highly recommend Kenneth and Knox Pest Control of Auburn. Grest job!!!”
