I have been a member for more than a year now and I can honestly say, they have never failed to deliver on an incredible experience. I am met with amazing customer service by every single employee I have had the pleasure to meet. I have utilized just about every service they offer and each visit I left relaxed and recharged, my overall physical health and mobility has improved and that has been a blessing to this beat up old softball player. Some of the most wonderful and kind people ever, I just love this Massage Envy. I would give it 100 stars if I could. We appreciate you all so very much.
Brandy, the manager, was very nice, pleasant, and made me feel welcomed. I was the last client of the day with an hour massage with Jose. He did an excellent job and helped relieve some low back pain as well as other areas of my back which were presenting some discomfort from stress. I left feeling much more relaxed. Thanks, Brandy and Jose for making the end of my day so pleasant and relaxing.
My mom has been caring for her mother nonstop over the past few months as she nears the end of her life. I booked her a massage to give her a break and some much needed relaxation. After the amazing massage, her therapist came back and told her that there would be no charge… this one was “on the house.” They recognized the stress of caring for another and knew that she just needed a break.
