I just returned from a 7 day golf trip to Lake Martin, AL. I have always had back issues. If I go on an extended trip and golf I always try to find a chiropractor to get at least one adjustment. I have been going to chiropractors for 40+ years. Whether in the United States, Ireland or Germany I have always found one that would help. The most un- usual was in Germany. They don't have German doctors I found a doctor from California that lived there. Also, I had to be referred by a medical doctor. Back to my review I called 5 different doctors around Lake Martin and the first 4 said I would be a new patient and the first thing they wanted was x-rays. So I have never been to a chiropractor before, and was a little nervous. I was stretching and tweaked something in my neck. Dr Hartford was extremely knowledgeable, gave me some great tips on improving my posture/ workout routine to avoid injury recurrence, and gave a great adjustment that definitely helped with my pain. 10/10 would recommend
