“I received amazing service from Murray at Action Locksmiths today. I had to come in to get a chip key I had purchased elsewhere cut and programmed for my truck. While I ultimately had to pay to use their programming machine, Murray went above and beyond to try to help me before it got to that point. I had mentioned I thought I might have been able to program the key myself after watching some YouTube tutorials. After I had tried it myself and was ultimately unsuccessful, he came out to my truck to try it himself. He even printed off step by step instructions for me on how to program it myself! Super great guy. Really down-to-earth and so helpful. Had I gone to a dealer to get a chip key cut and programmed, I likely would’ve spent 5-6 times as much.These folks really know their stuff and the service I received was outstanding. Way to go, Murray! You rock, dude.“

“Wow. I saw the last one star review and couldn't believe it. The reviewer was from San Francisco. This business is in Edmonton, AB.To my review. We needed to have two wooden doors changed to a steel frame and steel door at our office for more security.I had gotten four quotes including one from Lock & Door. After comparing the quotes and deciding what was needed and what was not, we went with Lock & Door. Do to the nature of having to create two new entrances with framing, drywalling, door installation and painting, it took three weeks to complete. The doors and frames where done within one day and operational. The drying of the mudding and painting the doors and walls is why it took the time it did.It may sound long, but the job was done to perfection. Everything was left spotless when the contractor left the site after every work step.From my experience with Lock and Door, I highly recommend them.Thanks Joe, Misty and Brad. Well done!“

“I failed to get the gentleman's name who assisted me this day. His wizardry left me dumbfounded. I somehow had broken the fob for my car and the key came loose. This was quite a pain in my tuchus especially in the cold.I came to this business on recommendation and I'm beyond delighted. I was there no more than 10minutes and I had a brand new key and fob!
