Start to finish the service was exceptional! Rita who booked my appointment was good natured and very professional. My locksmith Justin was punctual, friendly, highly knowledgeable, explained why I was having troubles with my locks, provided solutions and most importantly his workmanship was impeccable!

Jeremy was up front about how much it would cost to open my safe. He spent a good 20 minutes trying to open it, and even called someone with more experience to help him.
He forwarded me on to his colleague on the West end to assist me further, as he's more qualified.
Jeremy didn't charge me for his time. Thanks, Jeremy!
And thank you for the referral! :)
Matt came and helped me with my deadbolt after a pin became lodged in the keyway and prevented me from entering my home. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything multiple times since I had a bunch of questions. He completed the work quickly, and everything went perfectly. I would definitely recommend his services and will be using him again for any future lock needs.
