I bought a new electronic deadbolt. I had to reset the pins in my locks, rekey to the new deadbolt. Cain and Vlad were both very professional and helpful. I had to come back repeatedly because I didn't want all my deadbolts off at once. Each time they were patient with me and let me test the new keys until I was satisfied they wouldn't stick. They even showed me how to set up the new electronic deadbolt when I was in the shop.

We had a fantastic experience with Lock Solid. We asked them to rekey and replace door handles for over 40 doors at our church. Their sales consultant Paul was very friendly, professional and organized putting together an accurate quote. Their locksmith Vincent did an outstanding job over the several days he was at our site. Vincent was consistently punctual, great at communicating, and has terrific problem solving skills (especially with our old wooden doors). Highly recommended!
