I failed to get the gentleman's name who assisted me this day. His wizardry left me dumbfounded. I somehow had broken the fob for my car and the key came loose. This was quite a pain in my tuchus especially in the cold.I came to this business on recommendation and I'm beyond delighted. I was there no more than 10minutes and I had a brand new key and fob! I'm actually convinced the guy studies at Hogwarts or something.Thank you! 5/5

We were travelling the next day and kept our travel documents in our safe. To our horror, the safe did not open and it was obvious the batteries were dead. We called all lock rescue and spoke to a very calm individual who quickly resolved the situation, asking us to check for a Battery compartment, which in our haste and panic, we had missed. We replaced the batteries and the safe was functional and our trip was saved. Where other companies may have come out and charged hundreds of dollars on a callout on a Sunday, he did not. Called around to compare. This is the best price for a transponder/chip key, and good prices for other things. Good quick service. Nice location choice for shop, easy to find. Friendly service.
