I received amazing service from Murray at Action Locksmiths today. I had to come in to get a chip key I had purchased elsewhere cut and programmed for my truck. While I ultimately had to pay to use their programming machine, Murray went above and beyond to try to help me before it got to that point. I had mentioned I thought I might have been able to program the key myself after watching some YouTube tutorials. After I had tried it myself and was ultimately unsuccessful, he came out to my truck to try it himself. He even printed off step by step instructions for me on how to program it myself! Friendly helpful service. I've been here twice now for locks with no keys. Had no issues sorting out my motorcycle locks. I've been very pleased on both my visits. Highly recommend.

While they didn't have an exact match to replicate, Greg's dedication and experience led him to devise a creative solution by modifying an existing key type.
