I should have gone here first! They keys I had cut at Canadian Tire did not fit the lock. Western lock and Key had the correct blanks, had my keys cut in half the time, and charged me less. I am very happy that I went here.

Great Staff and excellent work. I have an antique car that had no keys. I brought them the ignition and they were able to make me a new key for a very resonable price. I would highly reccomend them.

I had a deadbolt that suddenly stopped working and I took into Western Lock and Key. They quickly repaired the lock and did not charge a fee!
Later on I had to replace the deadbolt because it was just worn out. Once again the owner helped me reset the new deadbolt to match the other lock sets. (When I say “helped me” I mean he did it and I watched). Again no charge!
