Wow is all I have to say. The two gentlemen that helped me as soon as I walked in the door are amazing. It was done in minutes and they helped me get home for the holidays. Thank you so much and I’ll be telling anyone and everyone to come get any of their lock needs here! Happy holidays guys :) they even carried my safe back to my car.. honestly just overwhelmed w the amazing service!

Excellent customer service. My batteries died and safe would not open. Technician opened it within a few minutes and showed me how to locate batteries so I can change myself in future

Great place and service! Came in to get help with my safe as I thought the batteries died and didn’t have the extra key but it turns out it was a completely different issue! Changed my batteries for free! Would highly recommend.
