“In early August I contacted All- Lock- Rescue Ltd. to get a quote on installing two Schlage Smart lock deadbolts. They were able to give me a reasonable quote over the phone, so I booked them to come and do the job. I had already purchased the two Schlage Smart deadbolts. Todd arrived at the scheduled time, and set to work installing the front door deadbolt. He had it done quite quickly, and then moved to the back door. As he attempted to set up the smart deadbolt, he encountered an issue with the deadbolt. It would not work. We tried new batteries, but still it wouldn't work. Todd told me that he had another job to go to, but that if I took the malfunctioning deadbolt back to Home Depot and exchanged it, he could come back at 2:00 that same afternoon and install it for me. My wife went to Home Depot and exchanged the deadbolt. Todd showed up right at 2:00 and installed the new deadbolt and got it set up. He told me that the back door didn't close correctly, and that he could fix it by adding a thicker strike plate. We had had issues with that door not closing properly for quite some time. The previous Smart Deadbolt we had would often jam because the door didn't shut tightly enough. Todd installed the strike plate, and now, for the first time in a long while our back door shuts tightly, and the deadbolt slides easily in and out.
Todd was very knowledgeable, and didn't just come in and install the deadbolts, but made sure the deadbolts locked and unlocked smoothly. He went over and above what I had expected, and the price was very reasonable.

“Wow. I saw the last one star review and couldn't believe it. The reviewer was from San Francisco. This business is in Edmonton, AB.To my review. We needed to have two wooden doors changed to a steel frame and steel door at our office for more security.I had gotten four quotes including one from Lock & Door. After comparing the quotes and deciding what was needed and what was not, we went with Lock & Door. Do to the nature of having to create two new entrances with framing, drywalling, door installation and painting, it took three weeks to complete. The doors and frames where done within one day and operational. The drying of the mudding and painting the doors and walls is why it took the time it did.It may sound long, but the job was done to perfection.
