“THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE EVER! I had an emergency clog and overflow in the kitchen. ACE sent someone out asap who resolved the issue but when he left another one popped up, I ran before he drove away and he came back! The issue was resolved. The next day I had a question about what may have occurred and another tech was sent out! I decided well if he is here I will ask a few other things and sure enough I had more issues and all of them were addressed. Literally so knowledgable, SO professional and I will keep them in my rolodex and ALWAYS recommend them to everyone I know. I was THAT impressed from Beth on the call line to the Manny, Brian and Gordan! Thank you for making all my worries go away.“

“I contacted LoneStar to change out the Poly B in our home. We had previously used them to change the Poly B in our last home.

They were on time, scheduled everything ahead with me, and completed the job. It did take longer than expected, but I can appreciate that can happen.

They stayed on budget and I was quite happy with the price that they offered.

They did have a minor leak during the repairs, but I caught it quickly, called them, and the team turned right around and came back to fix the issue and check the damage. Fortunately there was no long term damage as I caught it within an hour. Last time we used them something similar happened, but to a larger extent, but we had the same response. They repaired all damage, had someone come immediately to the house, and checked on the status multiple times.

This location has 1 flaw (the order desks and the loading bay are very close and the wall between the 2 is short. Its very loud and hard to talk to the employees at a couple feet apart.“

They were so nice and professional (and not that it is important but they are all quite "easy on the eyes")I was absolutely shocked when these boys did most of the work, installing a new furnace and new hot water tank, completely in the dark, after enmax cut off my power mistakenly instead of the intended attached neighbor. My basement was a right off but they didnt make me feel bad about it at all and they made sure to keep me informed through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend this team of hard workers!“

“5 star all the way. I was in need of a gasket and screen for my esbar heater service. Called in and the gentleman said he would be there following day, which worked perfect for my schedule. When I went to grab them unfortunately I just had my wife's card on me and he took all info from me and charge later. Unfortunately for some reason her card did not work so I got a voice message to contact Edmonton lady and gave her my card info. She put through the charge and sent me a email receipt. So great to deal with these guys I will go back anytime I need Espar parts ,service or purchase.Thank you“
