“We recently had a new power vented hot water tank installed by Lonestar replacing two standard venting tanks. We have used them before for previous plumbing work, and they were able to fit us in quickly when we requested the install. They provided an estimate via email after seeing photos I had provided of the old setup. We found they carried out the install of our new hot water tank in a proffesional manner. Jasmine in the office was very helpful and we found the attending plumbers, Jude, Macen and Daniel, were courteous and careful whilst carrying out the work, especially wih hauling the two old tanks out and managing to get the much larger new tank down into the basement without damaging any of our property. I have no problem with recommending them for this kind of work.“

Punctual, considerate, thorough and went above and beyond.We had our furnace give out he was recommended by friends. He was contacted in the late evening and showed up early the next morning to give a full inspection and break down of everything going on with our unit. Pascal walked us through all the issues, ensured we understood the situation fully and left us with comprehensive write up and understanding of the problem.Though the news was unfortunate and we needed a full replacement, we felt comfortable that he was being fully transparent with us. “John the tech is very skillful to put a diesel heater in my camper. He is patient, explain in detail the instructions on operating the diesel heater and what I should do seasonally to maintain the heater. I took notes when he explained. I am proud of his workmanship! Bryce is super knowledgeable regarding espar heaters, from the parts and how to maintain the heater, and the passion about Diesel Heaters. Please check out the Christmas tree with the espar controller on top. These guys are PRO period.“

They were so nice and professional (and not that it is important but they are all quite "easy on the eyes")I was absolutely shocked when these boys did most of the work, installing a new furnace and new hot water tank, completely in the dark, after enmax cut off my power mistakenly instead of the intended attached neighbor. My basement was a right off but they didnt make me feel bad about it at all and they made sure to keep me informed through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend this team of hard workers!“
