He helped us navigate the challenges of dealing with insurance and got them to cover more of our roof then originally quoted. His team did a fantastic job with replacing our siding to our new blue, giving us a new roof and we even hired them to replace the garage door.

“We interviewed several companies before we selected RidgeCrest Developments to upgrade our exterior of our house. The main objective was to repair the damage we are seeing in our stucco and to prevent any future damages. Plus we wanted make some upgrades to enhance the look of our house. We worked closely with David Marrelli (President/owner) to define the scope of all the work.

David brings a wealth of experiences and ideas to make our house the envy of the neighbourhood. Once we signed a contract, work started immediately. Everyone of his crew were professionals and there was no issue too small.

After seeing how they removed any loose or damaged stucco, it gave me great confidence that the repairs were done right. In addition, the materials and products used in the project was the best quality available.

“Highlander was introduced to me by recommendation of a neighbour on my street who had their roof done a couple years prior. What I liked was that they arrived with a adequate crew , and proceeded to systematically attack the project from the top down, stripping and installing the new materials efficiently. They completed the entire project in 2 days ( I have witnessed other firms in my area taking up to a week because of minimal manpower on the project). The fast completion was nice in that it didn't hamper me or my family's lifestyle, so was only a brief inconvenience. Also, for the old roofing materials/refuse, I noticed on other projects that companies have bins dropped on the driveway. I am cautious about that, as it could damage/gouge the driveway when these large bins are dropped off directly on the concrete ( I have an exposed aggregate driveway, and that is a concern for me). Highlander uses a 3rd party associate who backed up a trailer ( 3 rubber tires on each side of the trailer), to handle the refuse, at which point was promptly removed at the completion of the project on day 2. No damage or issues with the driveway. I monitored the project , and these guys know what they are doing, from the strip down, to applying new synthetic underlay, ice/water damn along edges and metal roof edge. In today's market place one is always leery about contractors/etc and what type of workmanship you will get. I am pleased with their work on my project.“

“I contacted Claw Roofing to have someone check the roof of garage and house for hail damage due to hail storms on July 13, 2025 and July 18,2025 and heavy rain on July 28. Jordan came over to check the roof the same day he got my message where I asked if someone could check the roofing that was installed in 2010 by Claw Roofing. He sent photos and told me the roofing shingles were still in great shape. I was please with the work they did installing the roof in 2010. I am very pleased on how Jordan checked the roofing shingles the day he phoned me about coming over to check my roofing shingles and the fact he came out that same day. 5 Star all the way!“
