Jacky was very professional and easy to communicate with - text, phone call and in person! We were able to get quotes right away and he was not pushy at all when I said I was still shopping around. The whole process was quick and seamless. I appreciate how the crew was very respectful of my neighbour's property by protecting their side using plywood. A project manager once told me when it comes to construction and remodeling, there are 3 things customers often look at 1) cost, 2) quality and 3) project being done in a timely manner. Often one is only able to achieve one of the three in a project and be able to have 2 to the 3 is rare and it is unlikely one is able to have all three.
