First off, Kevin did an amazing job. He fixed ceiling leak issues that 3 other contractors we brought over couldn't fix!He was also willing to fix other issues not originally in the scope (as long as we phoned the management for them to adjust the billing after the work was done). Other than that, he was kind enough to tell us what was causing the issues, what sort of repairs he was going to do, and showed us the new parts he was installing up on our roof. You can really feel his sincerity. Matter of fact, he described to us how he was thinking about the work being done while at home lying in his bed.
