Having had our roof replaced with a Renoteck metal 'shake' roof last year, we were somewhat surprised to see a water leak this year. One call to Renoteck customer service and within an hour, we had a technician onsite to effect a temporary repair, and 2 days later the part required for the permanent repair was installed - now that's customer service! Monica and Dimitri were a pleasure to deal with, treating a fairly minor issue empathetically and with priority.
