His honesty and genuine care turned what seemed like an overwhelming undertaking into a smooth doable project. He set clear expectations, and followed through, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Special thanks also to his Team Lead who was pleasant, respectful and who led the technicians onsite extremely efficiently. The team did a great job, finished quickly and left the area spotless.
