We bought our house partway through the build, and working with Mirand made the whole experience really smooth. He was super flexible and let us make a few changes along the way, which we really appreciated.
What stood out most was how present and involved he was. He’s at the house every day, knows exactly what’s going on, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on — which you don’t see often. His communication was solid the entire time, and he always made us feel like we could reach out with questions, big or small. There was a clear sense of urgency and care behind everything he did, and it never felt like things were dragging or being brushed off.
Mirand is also just an easy person to work with — friendly, approachable, and respectful. His team was great too — everyone we met on-site was professional and kind.
All in all, we’re really happy with how everything turned out and grateful to have had Mirand leading the build. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to work with someone who’s honest, hardworking, and really cares about the end result.
