We bought our house partway through the build, and working with Mirand made the whole experience really smooth. He was super flexible and let us make a few changes along the way, which we really appreciated.
What stood out most was how present and involved he was. He’s at the house every day, knows exactly what’s going on, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on — which you don’t see often. His communication was solid the entire time, and he always made us feel like we could reach out with questions, big or small. Couldn’t be happier with my new home. The build quality is outstanding—everything feels solid, well-crafted, and thoughtfully finished. From day one, it was clear that Mirand is genuinely committed to quality construction and making sure homeowners are happy. Even though I haven’t had any issues, he’s still followed up to ensure everything meets expectations, which I really appreciate. He’s been great to work with—professional, responsive, and clearly invested. Reliant is easily one of the best builders in the city. I highly recommend them.
