Earlier this year my dog Luna who has horrible anxiety was accommodated and looked after during her first ever 1 week stay. Grooming services are excellent, daycare is super fun for the dogs and dog parents, and their customer service is superb! Luna loves you guys even tho she doesn’t come that often due to being a bit far but whenever she does she’s always excited when sees us walking into petropolitan!“

“From the first phone call to talk about our anxious dog we knew this was where we wanted them to go when we went away. Constance and her staff are amazing! Our dogs are excited to go stay with them and come home with no signs of stress or anxiety. The daily report cards with pictures are the best when you are away. Knowing they are being taken are of so well makes going on vacation more enjoyable. We wouldn't send them anywhere else!“

He has a fantastic time playing with his pals and comes home happy and tired – just the way I like it!Their grooming services are reasonably priced, and Ruffles looks spiffy after each visit.The added bonus? “Sit happens is has such good training methods. Concentrating on focus and relaxation as well as real life obedience. I can not recommend Sit happens enough. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable as well as approachable. My Aussie puppy can lay quietly in an off leash park while I chat with another dog owner. The puppy, and adolescent classes last a year and you can choose from a variety of times that are suitable for your schedule. We go 4 times a week.“

I had some questions about the process and bailiff Services provided. They were extremely polite and helpful. “I had been going to the same vet for 9 years when she moved out of the city. This put me in a position where I needed to find a new vet for my 16 year old fur baby with increasingly complex needs. I had heard good things about Montgomery Village vet and decided to give it a try.From the first phone call I got the sense of a calm and caring environment. As expected when I arrived, everyone from the reception, nurses, techs, were so kind. Dr. Jill was extremely kind and patient with my elderly grumpy little old man. We ended up only having to visit the clinic a few times since it became clear it was time for us to say goodbye to our much loved pet.Again the staff was so great at helping our family through this very difficult process.This was the only vet clinic Murphy ever went to that he didn't start to shake as soon as we walked in. That says a lot.“
“Great place. I’ve been to other self-serve pet washes and this one is better than the coin-operated type. Shampoo, towels, dryer, brushes, etc were available and included. No worrying about having enough coins to get your dog clean enough. Staff were helpful and patient with us. Cost a bit more than I would have paid at the car wash, but much more comfortable, convenient and friendly. We will be back!“
“We've been buying all our food, pet supplies and grooming services from especially for pets for almost 10 years now & they've always been consistently great. Also the only place in town (that I know of) that carries locally produced/packaged raw food.“
“Brought our Frenchton here for four days and loved it. Emma was very nervous at first, but once she was familiar with the staff and location, she knew she was going to play with her friends.I recommend you buy the passes, as this will save you over time, and they don't expire.They will fill up if it's really cold out, but that's expected.Looking forward to having Emma attend again soon.“

“Can't say enough about this place. Just started using this facility in the beginning of the year as our previous facility was not up to our standards and had a weird feeling about them. When taking a tour of this facility and viewing their skybox I knew there was something different. I love the fact that this facility is so transparent and gives updates. With a present surprise this morning getting a personalized text from their management team letting me know they have added an amazing camera system so that we can view our pup throughout the day.Keep up the amazing work CHASIN' TAILS team“
