Our dog has had a wonderful time in both the daycare and kennel. We will happily continue to use this service whenever we are out of town. The staff are friendly and experienced, the booking process is seamless.

We have boarded both our dogs at Springbank Pet Resort on numerous occasions. They are quick to reply to booking requests. One of our dogs is 17 years old. They know I worry about him and bring him up to the front reception area to hang out. They also responded to my email asking how he was doing, which was reassuring. Our golden had a “bath and tidy”with their groomer on her last stay. She looked and smelled great when we picked her up. I am pleased with the care and service we receive at Springbank Pet Resort.

We used SPR for our large bouvier for a week while we were on vacation. They gave us an update part-way through his stay and shared any concerns or comments they had. Very professional and organized. Will use again!

Springbank Pet Resort is a full service luxury pet facility owned by local Veterinarian Dr. Jeff Dand & his brother Joe Dand. Our operator Glenn Condran brings forth twenty five years of Canadian Tire management and 7 years of kennel operation. More importantly is Glenn's unparalleled passion for animals & clientele satisfaction. We provide a wide range of services for your Dog, Cat or Critter including boarding, daycare, grooming, training & a NEW retail pet supply store that includes veterinary brand pet food! The resort is located in Springbank Alberta & rests on 12 acres, providing canine clients with ample room to explore & run! Our buildings span 50.000 square feet, housing large modern play spaces & canine suites.
