I have had nothing but great experiences here :) My family adopted a puppy from the stores adoption event with AARCS (awesome event !! they have them often), and we brought her into the salon to get a bath and brush with Olivia and she did a fantastic job !! Kept us updated on time changes (puppy hated the dryer 🤦♀) and told us when to bring her back for more services to keep her super clean and happy ! I will definitely be going back !! And now every time we bring our puppy into the store, she goes right over to the salon door to visit her favourite aunties inside :) 100% recommend !!
I seem to see a few bad reviews for pet smart grooming at this location. I will say for us Olivia gets nothing short then a 5 star rating for me!! She was absolutely amazing and treated my dog Teeter with so much love and care!! I will definitely go back to see her!! Thanks again Olivia for the exceptional costumer service your a gem ❤❤❤
Edit: store is doing something right when I have to come back and edit my review to add more superstars. Thank you manager Stuart and the nice checkout girl with red hair (sorry no name tag 😔). Saved me a needless trip to another location due to inventory issues.
