Staff was very helpful and very efficient. I went to Especially For Pets to buy a cat carrier for my 1 yr old male cat . I called before I arrived, a cage was put on hold for me. The staff even helped me assemble the cage as I had a vet appointment that morning as well. So thanks for the extra effort. That is what I call true customer service. It was a wonderful experience.

This shop has lovely staff and fantastic customer service. They have a great selection of healthy food options for cats (and dogs!) and a nice selection of toys and other pet items. A few weeks ago I a bought a small cat toy and accidentally forgot it on the counter before leaving, and to my delight, the staff set it aside for me to collect next time I returned! Such fantastic folks, definitely worth checking out their shop - a true local gem!
My pup, Georgia, loves coming here. Like many of her canine friends, she can’t wait to get out of the car and run towards Zach and company. The shop is always clean and the staff always friendly. It is very obvious they enjoy what they do and put the dogs first! Thank you for being so good to Georgia. 😊
