We are very appreciative of BBF. Whenever I reach out for an appointment they are very accommodating. They do a great job on our baby…and she likes it there too. Makes our life so easy.

I took my elderly dog to get her nails clipped. My dog has a history of being very nervous and had only been to a groomer one other time. The staff at BBF were AMAZINGINGLY patient and obviously, very experienced. They had the job done in about 3 minutes and my dog was as happy as a clam. Thanks BBF!!

They have been amazing at working with our husky. She has stranger danger and is uncomfortable with handling from strangers. We've been working with a trainer but we have a lot more work to do and in the meantime she desperately needed a groom. The team at brilliant best friends were super patient with her and went at her own pace and comfort level so that she could get groomed without setting her back in her stranger danger training. Even thought this likely required a lot more of time on their part, they still only charged me for a regular groom. I can't say enough good things about them.
