This was my first experience at The Pet and I was very impressed with how they cared for my puppy. She was in the hotel for 6 days and we opted for the gold package which had a report card each day to tell us about her visit, new friends and adorable photos. It was a great touch! We will definitely be back.
I took my two dogs here over the weekend as a trial stay to see how they would do with boarding for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Everyone was amazing and took such great care of Jack and Oliver. The photos and updates they sent gave me so much peace of mind, and both dogs looked happy, relaxed, and were smiling in every picture.
It was clear they were in good hands and being well cared for the entire time. The staff truly treat your pets like family, and that level of care really shows.

Seeing My Xena so excited when she hears the word day care is the cutest thing ever. This was our 3rd daycare as I felt like the other ones we've been to were NOT the right fit for her at all. At petro she's so incredibly loved and taken care of , she comes home tired and happy . I genuinely cannot that the entire staff enough. We discovered Petro because Xena needed a bath asap and I was looking for any business that offers same day grooming.
