Amazing service! Great staff, my dogs love them! My dogs are always happy to go in and always come out tired. Good communication with staff messages/clarifications (when required) and the report cards are convenient. Despite having 1 dog that is reactive, they take care to see that he has a great experience every time... in fact, I feel he has become less reactive over time due to exposure in a safe environment. They're strict about vaccinations, which I appreciate because it means my dogs don't come home sick. We've also used the groomer a couple times and she does a fantastic job with both our dogs! As another reviewer mentioned, there can be a wait at peak times, but it's a small price to pay for safe and uninterrupted drop off/pick up.
If I could give Dogaholics 10 stars I would. I have had my dog, Bobby, stay there multiple times, not only for drop in times but boarding as well. The care he receives there is exceptional. The staff is absolutely amazing, always friendly and welcoming and Bobby absolutely loves all of them! He is so excited when we pull into the parking lot, he loves playtimes there and interacting with the very attentive staff. I recommend this boarding facility 100% They are certified dog lovers and also, it is very reasonably priced!
The staff at Dogaholics is amazing and take very good care of the pets and it’s a super clean facility!! Our dog Benji has a lot of anxiety and does not do very well around other people and dogs. However, the staff at Dogaholics make him feel very comfortable and at home. They keep me informed of anything odd they notice about him, for example if he doesn’t eat his food!! It feels great to know we can safely leave him overnight at a place where he is comfortable and happy!! Thank you staff for sending a daily report of Benji!! I highly recommend this place for day care and boarding for our furry friends.
