“Matt and Chuck came out to find out what was wrong with our shower. It was building up with water on the sides from an unknown source. They immediately found the problem and were able to show my husband and I where it was running from! It suddenly made perfect sense. Such a relief after two failed attempts from another plumbing business that charged me $1200 with no clue where the leak was coming from. They ripped through my wall and “patched the leak”. The sides of the shower were still swelling with water. Called them again and they replaced our drain…it was still leaking, same day. My husband and I were ready to rip the entire bathroom up in desperation to find the leak. So impressed and happy that Matt and Chuck were able to identify the issue and fix it same day! “I contacted Mr. Stewart to see if he could possibly fit me into his busy schedule for this week since my air-conditioning unit decided not to work. He sent his guys out less than 24hrs after I had called the office. The two guys came out at the end of a long hot day. The wiring job they had to fix was atrocious. Not once did either one of them complain about the fact that something I thought was only going to take 15 minutes turned into a few hours. They had great attitudes cleaned up after themselves and it was very professional and polite. With it being the beginning of Summer most places would have put me off for at least a week or so and that's completely understandable but not Mr Stewart and his crew. Customer service goes a long way in my book and let me tell you customer service with company and its employees was Top Notch. “What an I possibly say for Weatherservice other than they literally saved my life! My furnace went out without warning in January. After contacting and applying for help through CAD for the weatherization program, I was contacted by Brian at Weatherservice. They assessed my furnace and got the approval for it to be replaced. Working quickly through their schedule( as I had been without heat for 2 months total and am disabled and scheduled for surgery)....they came in and removed a beast of a furnace with an energy efficient Bryant furnace. Tim worked through illness , and Mike D, Terry, and even Mike Gonzalez ( one of the owners of this family owned and run business) all contributed to the work. When Tim finished, I was left with heat and a clean home! I hadn't slept well for days, so in my warm home , I fell sound asleep for 11 hours. “Did a good job replacing my AC. However, they found a broken piece on my furnace and had to order a part. They said I can use my furnace, but it worked fine before they put the AC coil in it. Maybe just a coincidence.“
