Matt and Chuck came out to find out what was wrong with our shower. It was building up with water on the sides from an unknown source. They immediately found the problem and were able to show my husband and I where it was running from! It suddenly made perfect sense. Such a relief after two failed attempts from another plumbing business that charged me $1200 with no clue where the leak was coming from. They ripped through my wall and “patched the leak”. The sides of the shower were still swelling with water. Called them again and they replaced our drain…it was still leaking, same day. Richard was very friendly, informative, courteous and professional. Both of the guys were great.Update; guys came back for a water heater issue. Totally not there fault, it was a manufacturer issue.
