I contacted Total Comfort when our home warranty company offered us the option to choose our own contractor. Zack at Total Comfort had to jump through multiple hoops over several days to satisfy them ... many photos and explanations. He really went the extra mile for us. He was able to get us on the schedule within a couple days which was great because it was really cold and we had no heat. The workmen were very friendly and respectful of our home. I can recommend Total Comfort without reservation.
