I came home last evening (08/09) around 7 pm to our AC not working and the house at 80 degrees, I reached out to Zach Losh with Total Comfort Heating and Cooling at 7:30 am on 08/10 and was immediately placed on their scheduled for the following day but was called about an hour later saying that they could fit me in same day. Technician Sam was prompt with his arrival time and had the exact parts needed to replace the blower motor that had gone bad. Sam was knowledgeable and very kind and was in and out in under an hour. Amazing, easy, affordable, quick, efficient, professional and kind! Zach, his business, and employees are ALL amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them. Any time I have an issue with heating or cooling they respond immediately and if they can’t make it that day it’s been the very next morning. They go above and beyond every time. They help in anyway needed. They have all been very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I will always reach out to Total Comfort with any issues and Refer any friends and family that need help.
