Just signed up for the yearly preventative maintenance package that includes an AC service and a heating service. Jeff’s tech Jacob did a great job, was very thorough and was explaining everything as he went through the different parts of the service. Jeff has done other service work for me in the past and has always been here quickly, especially when I needed service (bad blower motor) in the winter. I’ve recommended Jeff Stewart Heating and Cooling to others and would continue to do so.
My 15-year-old Air-conditioning system failed, so I called Jeff Stewart Heating & Cooling (who I highly recommend) Jeff came to my home the very next day, after discussing the options of repairing or replacing, I decided to replace. Jeff and his crew came the first day I was available to replace the AC system. His crew was very professional and courteous. They were considerate and respectful of my home and they filed all the warranty paperwork on the spot. This type of excellent service is why I’ll continue to use Jeff Stewart Heating and Cooling in the future.
Can’t thank Jeff Stewart and his team enough. This is the second time our furnace/AC went out after hours. When I say after hours, I’m talking 9-10pm. Our phone calls were answered, and service was provided either the same night or early the next day. Everyone is so friendly and explains what they’re doing and why. Again, can’t thank you all enough. They will always be our go to team for heating and cooling!
