D C Kennedy Plumbing & Heating is an amazing company known for knowledgeable and friendly service. They installed a new furnace and central air, with a technician who was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and customers are loving central air for the first time. When an A/C unit died, they diagnosed the problem over the phone and got customers back in business. They also helped by suggesting a simple cleaning for a furnace igniter instead of a new part. They quickly ordered and installed a new furnace before cold weather, explaining everything. They always come out quickly and are tremendously helpful with HVAC problems, even fixing an A/C issue in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.
Kennedy’s put in a new furnace and central air in our home 2 weeks ago. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Mr. Kennedy has serviced our home for years. There is no better. We have a great relationship and respect for all that work for this amazing company. We are loving central air for the first time in our lives. We don’t know how we managed without it. Our A/C unit died during the hottest day of the year. All the companies that work on them were busy. These folks diagnosed the problem over the phone, I picked up the part and we’re now back in business. God bless them!
A/C wasn't working properly, suspected failing capacitor. My husband called this morning and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. The technician had the new part in his van and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes! Would recommend!!
