Excellent communication skills, very professional demeanor, and above all very reassuring on his professional troubleshooting skills to diagnose an issue and find a solution. If any other issues arrive premier will be my first go to call.
My furnace went out during our cold spell. I needed help. I contacted Premier and they responded immediately. I needed to schedule service around my work schedule. I gave them a date and they gave me a time frame. They sent me reminders and they arrived within the time frame as agreed. John talked me through the components he was troubleshooting. He replaced the part needed and also suggested another replacement that would save me service down the road. The furnace was newly installed in 2012. I've never had it serviced! My bad. I will now schedule a yearly check up with John every autumn. I cannot praise this company enough!!!
Came, cleaned out the fire damage in my furnace from Grogg's incorrect installation and corrected the issue that caused it when Grogg's told me they didn't know why it happened.Definitely having back in the spring to service my AC unit.
